All products sold on Fativelle are fulfilled and shipped through our trusted partners.

Fativelle is responsible for handling all customer service, returns, and refunds to ensure a smooth and reliable shopping experience.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We accept return or refund requests only in the following cases:
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- The wrong item was delivered
- The package was lost in transit

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Products that have been used or opened

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item (if damaged or wrong item)
- A brief description of the issue

REFUND PROCESSING
Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
